tipik örnek " If I won the lottery, I would buy a new car" yani gerekli koşullar oluşsaydı belli bir işi yapardı anlamı vardır.

virgul kullanımına dikkat et if başta olunca cümleleri ayırmak için virgul kullan , eğer if ikinci cümledeyse virgül kullanma
